The overall purpose of Deliberation Gateway is to help the world understand Deliberative Democracy. We do this by engaging professional audiences and pointing out the value of deliberation with the public to their field.

If you have creative work—whether written word, movies, music, art or otherwise—that fits this description, then please feel free to submit a request for us to link or publish that work here. We’d be happy to work with you to write a short article referencing work published elsewhere. In this manner we hope to build up a great collection, that keeps readers returning to find more. We’re particularly interested in expanding our Gateway series, which are short vignettes on different ways citizens can work together to make good collective decisions.

We are focused on professional sectors, but we are always open to other kinds of creative work too. Don’t be shy.

Tell us what the work is. One paragraph is plenty — enough to say what it argues and what state it is in.

What you send goes to the imprint's own address and nowhere else. It is not added to a list, and there is nothing on this page counting your visit.

Check out what we have published before in the register which is the clearest statement of what kind of work this imprint publishes, and The Democracy Tree sets out in more detail what our purpose is.
